To arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order until these dates:

United States 🇺🇸

The price you see is the final price you pay (excluding shipping) - no surprises at checkout or delivery.

  • FREE DHL Express Shipping on orders $400+
  • $15 flat-rate Express Shipping on orders under $400
  • Delivery in 2-3 business days (urban areas) or 3-5 days (remote locations)
  • No surprise fees - we cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees (DDP)
  • Climate-compensated DHL Express shipping

Due to new US import policies effective August 29th, 2025, all international shipments now include import tariffs. We cover these fees and built these costs (approximately 35% of product pricing) directly into our pricing so you never face unexpected fees. CLIMATE-CONSCIOUS SHIPPING

All Tripulse shipments use climate-compensated shipping options:

  • DHL GoGreen for international orders - we pay for the CO2 emissions caused by your delivery, with funds invested in certified climate protection projects
  • Postnord Klimatkompensation for Nordic deliveries - investing in renewable energy production in developing countries
  • On top of that, all orders are additionally climate-compensated through our Climate Neutral Certification by investing in nature-based climate solutions


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

United States

  • All US duties & taxes included at checkout (DDP). No surprise fees.

Outside EU (including UK, Norway, Switzerland)

  • Local taxes, duties, tariffs and customs fees may apply to your order
  • These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise that you to check any local import/duty and tax rates you might be liable to pay.  
  • Couriers may charge an additional admin fee for processing imports
  • You will need to pay these fees to receive your package

Important Note for International Non-EU Orders: 

If you choose not to pay the required customs fees/duties and your package is returned to us, we will deduct a fee from your refund amount, in addition to the original shipping costs not being refunded. This fee covers the additional high fees we must pay when packages are rejected.

Fees for rejected packages will cover the amount that we will be charged by DHL when the package is returned to us and can vary depending on e.g. order value, country of return etc. The fees will be a minimum PER REJECTED PRODUCT of:

UK: £30
Norway: 350 NOK
Switzerland: 35 CHF
Other non-EU countries: The equivalent of €35 in your local currency


DELIVERY DETAILS

United States

  • DHL Express delivers directly to your address
  • Signature may be required for delivery
  • You'll receive email and/or text notifications from DHL about delivery status and how to best receive your package

European Union

  • DPD and Postnord (Finland and Denmark) delivers directly to your address
  • You'll receive email and/or text notifications from DPD or Postnord about delivery status and how to best receive your package

Sweden

  • Delivery to your nearest Postnord location
  • You'll receive a notification via SMS/email when your package is ready for pickup
  • Please collect your package promptly to avoid return to sender
